IP Raids

Our Anti-counterfeiting raids are a key part of our services as we use these to take hard action against counterfeiters by catching them red handed. We will handle things like:

•   Obtaining written approval from the higher Regulatory Authorities for anti-counterfeiting raid action;
•  Conducting raids with the co-ordination with the concerned Authority including local police, our  professional lawyers with the IPS Raiding Team;
•  Arresting of Accused & Confiscation of Counterfeit / Fake items;
•  Registration of Criminal Case (FIR) or obtaining Undertaking from the accused.
